We are also committed to creating homes that are energy efficient and developments that have a minimal impact on the environment. Our Sustainable Development Strategy was recently recognised with a prestigious Housing Corporation Gold Award. We are now moving forward with an ambitious ‘eco plan’, called Beyond Carbon. This will position us as a leader in the ‘green’ construction field.
